John Dearing My wife ordered a dress to be shipped to the store closest to us when the dress arrived at the store it was damaged so we requested a replacement due to manufacturing error and was told it would cost us an additional $21 dollars, my wife paid it, when she told me I went back in to get her a refund because it makes no sense to charge more for a dress we already paid for, due to us needing a new one due to manufacturing errors when I asked the store clerk why it would cost more she explained that the system would not alow her to reduce the price to what we originally paid, thankfully she was still able to give us our $21 dollars back and we just took the damaged dress. Im very disappointed in the companys system not allowing a replacement to be sent at the same price we paid when the damaged was on the company.

Her communication was always clear and timely, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Steve Nelsen I received excellent service when I went here to replace my 10 year old wallet. I bought a replacement for $24 on-sale. Fossil also has a large variety of watches that are in the latest style. I bought a Fossil watch in 1989 that I still frequently wear. I had it repaired in the last 10 years for a total cost of only $8. This company has many of the latest styles in watches and leather wallet accessories. The employees are very helpful.

J.C. Terrazas Awesome little spot. Stopped by for a visit during a trip to El Paso from Dallas because my 5-year-old randomly wanted a shark tooth, and I found this little gem (pun intended). They have anything and everything you could want as far as crystals and stones, in all shapes and sizes. They also have some jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, and turquoise. They have a decent number of fossils; shark teeth, shells, ammonites, and others. Everything is very organized and labeled. There is also a museum attached and you can check it out for a small fee, I think $3 or so. Its pretty cool, there are various massive gems, geodes, fossils, and other fun stuff. Would highly recommend and may have to go back during my visit.
