Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. Jenni Romano I was very hesitant to use American Blue Diamonds after reading the reviews online, but I am so glad I didnt let all of the negative reviews sway my initial judgement! Linh was absolutely fantastic. She communicated with me during the entire custom order process, with almost instantaneous updates when I asked for them. My ring arrived today and it is absolutely stunning! She was also able to negotiate the price of the ring, and I know after shopping around, that Linh gave me a fantastic price. When the ring designer messed up my order, Linh was quick to apologize for their mistake and even sent me a lovely gift from American Blue Diamonds, even though it was not their error. I would highly recommend Linh and American Blue Diamonds. I truly had an exceptional customer service experience with them!

Zeenat, shobha, Roma and the owner Aziz bhai everyone made sure our experience was nothing less than 5 stars. Very welcoming, non judgemental, helpful and super friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. I usually buy all my jewelery from pakistan and this was my first purchase from USA and very happy. I bought a beautiful pendant set and bangle with certified diamonds. I will definitely be a returning customer.
