2 /5 Bailey Crosen: I placed an order for a special order a week ago and let the staff know that I would place ANOTHER order this week for charms, and asked them how to go about that.
I was told that when I placed my new order to call and let them know what was going on and where I wanted my charms at if I wasn’t picky.
So I called and the lady was very confused ( understandable) but after explaining it. She laughs and says “so you want us to put all of this on the bracket?” And I said “no. I only want the CHARMS on the braclet, as I ordered a necklace that was free.” And she goes “uh okay do we just put the charms on anywhere?” And I said “ yes ma’am, as long as it’s skip a loop, charm, skip a loop” and she said “okay” and didn’t even ask if that was all or anything. Made me feel stupid for even calling asking. Will be my last time ordering at this James Avery. I had a pleasant experience inside, but the phone calls laughing and acting rude is mean. never again.
