(Plus cleaned all my jewelry I had on the day of drop off for free!) They were AMAZING and surprisingly affordable!!!highly recommend based on superior customer service by going above and beyond!

1 /5 James Feathers: Contacted Boozers about a custom build using my wifes current center stone. Switched and bought something they had there. At least once a month I had to take it back due to diamonds falling out. Each time, it was made to be our fault, to rough on the ring, having to clean lotion out of it, etc. Each time we were treated more and more rudely. I finally had enough and took to another jeweler and had them fix the build of the piece (more out of my pocket) and imagine this..... absolutely ZERO issues since. STAY AWAY!

5 /5 Ray Walczynski: I had a problem with my Roxlex Presidential watch. It would not stay on my wrist if I moved my arm quickly. One Rolex Authorized facility quoted me $7,000 to fix the problem. Another wanted $5,500 for a used band. I took a chance and went to Boozers today and showed them the watch. They took it and within 10 minutes fixed the problem. When I asked them how much I owed them they said there was no charge. When I tried to give the lady some money because I was so happy with their service she graciously declined. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. They have a wonderful store and I highly recommend them for their expertise and commitment to customer service.
