G M 5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice ! Give her a raise , she really represents your brand very well .

Isabel Van Dyke I just picked up my wedding band after getting it resized here. I am very happy with the work! It looks perfect after going down 1 1/2 sizes. Id taken my engagement ring to a different local jeweler and it came back looking a bit beaten up at the bottom, and as if itd been clamped with a pair of pliers. Eichhorn took a longer time, but the work was much better—it looks like nothing was done to the ring at all. Also, the customer service was great. Definitely recommended!

If your looking for that special something for the Veteran in your life or your a veteran and wanting to put together a shadow box. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I cant stress enough how amazing these people are. I am building a memorium for my wifes grandfathers 5 kidsafyer his passing. The flag and shell casings from the 21 gun salute from the service went to their step mother so they didnt receive anything. The amazing people and shields of strength were so understanding of what I was trying to do and helped me find the perfect items to go with each flag. Summer Hill I am so happy this location is open. Very conveniently located. Clean store as always, and very friendly employees. The same services with welding is offered here as well. I had a bracelet sized down recently there,and it fits so much better. Raquel helped me today and she was fantastic helping me pick out a gift. I have loved James Avery since high school, and will always continue to do so!
