She was incredibly caring, took her time explaining everything, and made sure I felt completely at ease. What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond—not just during the piercing itself, but also with detailed and thoughtful aftercare instructions. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend her enough!

5 /5 Jess Moore: I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT my new girl Miranda! I promised I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my ears EXCEPT FOR HER. She is so quick, she has the best advice for placement, yellow gold or white gold if you are indecisive like me… and she just made it so easy to make a permanent decision. She is SO worth going to and she will have you forever once you go ! Thank you so much again girl for making my ears perfect for the Summer time !!!!!

1 /5 Bee June: I bought a ring wore it out the store, realized it was way too tight, called and spoke to one of the sales associates, she was so nice and told me to come back and they would exchange it. Went to exchange it and the manager told me she could not exchange it because it had was not wrapped I told her that’s how I received it and then she processed to tell me it had a couple of little scratches on it. This was within the 30day return/exchange policy. I wore it out the store and in my car. I was not going to argue with a person who has a power trip. She knew she was just being difficult.
