She made sure that every detail was perfect! I am always greeted so nicely by everyone in the store when I come in! We will make all of our future jewelry purchases from Lollars! I am more than satisfied with their service!

5 /5 Hunter Bonner: I do not often need a jeweler except the 1.5 years that I need a watch battery replaced. This is on a high-end custom watch rated at 200 meters. Since moving to the Longview area a number of years ago, I did not have a local jeweler. That is until now. Lollars came at a co-workers recommendation. Jamie greeted me at the door, was very friendly, and very professional. She got my watch battery changed, and the price was reasonable. I felt welcomed into this place, like I just met with family. Will be going back to Lollars again for all my jewelry needs.

5 /5 Mandi Alvarez: I can not say enough positive things about Lollars Jewelry. Pam and Jamie went out of their way to accommodate my request and were beyond helpful throughout the entire process. Jamie helped me decide on the exact ring I wanted for my 30th birthday and had it here days before I originally thought it would be in. I loved walking in and feeling like family, that is the type of business I will return to. Thank you for working with me and even staying after hours so I could pick up my ring. You defiantly made my 30th so much more bearable! Until next time!

1 /5 Ashley Rogers: In March I was looking for a wedding band, I was told how great Lollars was so I went and ordered a ring I was told it would take 7-10 days to come in. Never got a set price at but was given an idea... well I waited over 10 days and hadnt heard from them so I called to see when the ring would be in and was told a few more days... ok so I decided to go ahead and order 2 necklaces for my bridesmaids gifts and I was told it would take 7-10 days again! Well after calling them Multiple times a week about the ring it came in over 3 weeks later then they said it would! I understand stuff happens and just let it go well I was still waiting for the necklaces which they never gave me a price for till today over 2 months later!! Like the ring I called every week about the necklaces even went up there and no one could tell me anything didnt even know where they were! I went to see the necklaces today for the 1st time and found the engraving I asked for was spelt wrong! I got excuse after excuse well I ended up waiting around town for them to fix their mistake I was told it would be done in 30-45 min so I called after waiting 50 minutes and I was out on hold... while on hold I drive to their store and went in and showed them I was on hold with them for over 20 minutes!! I only gave one star cause I had to in order to write a review and I finally got the necklaces! but they are very unorganized, unprofessional, dont know how to communicate, dont do things in a timely manner, and rude and I let them know I will never be back and wouldnt recommend them to anyone! I try and support local businesses but they are ridiculous!
