Miami M It was my first time ever walking into a Kendra Scott boutique. First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Katie Marshall Angelo and Tristan saved us! We just got my daughters ears pierced a few days ago and lost an earring playing softball! Tristan has been my go-to for all jewelry and we met Angelo today and he helped us get it together and quickly cleaned the earrings, her ears, and helped us to get them in before they closed up! He processed everything quickly and helped calm frazzled mom nerves! They were quick and got us hooked up with a pair to replace the ones we lost. Kindness and empathy with a bruised teen ego made for a huge difference! Thank you!!!

Laura V When my fiance and I were looking at engagement rings (this is a LONG overdue post and I hope they will forgive me), our family jeweler was out of what we were both wanting to spend. After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didnt want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently thats harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what theyre buying. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare. I truly thank you for working with us and our budget! We will definitely keep coming back, and I highly recommend such a lovely small business.
