Hannah Rabalais I don’t post reviews really but I was very impressed and delighted with my ring repair! They were skilled, knowledgeable, and so friendly to me and my young toddler. They replaced the entire head of my ring and added a new stone they helped me select. So happy with the result! Will definitely go back if I ever need another fix.

I have been to every jewelry store and rock shop, from Washington to Texas looking for jewelry and gems, I know a lot about diamonds and have purchased at luxury brands as well as mom and pop for years. So I do not say this lightly, but my experience at Rice Village was the best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had full stop! First they have a great selection of natural diamonds! They have high quality settings that are unique and diverse. Arcelia was amazing, she looked at my inspiration picks and searched high and low for any ring I might like. And this is a special ring as its my 18 year wedding anniversary so Im taking my time. There was no pressure at all she let me try on everything and touch everything and I felt comfortable the whole time. The diamonds are much better than the quality you find at other stores great cuts and color all around. You really couldnt go wrong with anything in the store. Ronnie was super knowledgeable! I could have geeked out talking to him about diamonds and gems for days! He even offered to find me a special emerald at the vagus gem show, he was fun and friendly as well. I am very excited to find such a great place and Im sure I will be purchasing many pieces from them in the near future. Update: After taking time to enjoy looking at the larger selection of diamonds, I decided on an amazing 3 stone ring, it’s a stunner! More sparkle than I have ever seen! It was a great price too, definitely competitive to online sellers, but way better quality and personal service. I also got to see some of their custom created tennis bracelets and they were true perfection, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for anything custom!

Cowboy Cupid Nails Pulido’s to the rescue!!! My engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) was too dainty and the prongs too thin, my stone kept falling out of the prongs, then one fateful day the setting finally completely broke. Thanks to a client recommendation, I went straight to Pulido’s! They were able to reset my stone on a new band, change it to a bezel setting, and soldered my wedding band to it! These guys are awesome, very genuine, and invested in making my ring exactly how I wanted it. I never felt pressured to add anything extra and felt the price for their work was extremely fair! I can’t wait to go back for any future sparkly needs!

Amanda Baker I have gone to Diamond Direct in Baybrook a few times now. For 3 separate jewelry sizes and repairs. Every time I have gone I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I thought maybe the first time I came was because they are in the business. But absolutely not. They truly care about your happiness and value. Hector sized and polished a very personal piece of jewelry for me. I would recommend him for anything that honestly means alot. Because just awhile ago my grandmas necklace broke and he repaired it with respect. He takes the time to make sure your jewelry fits comfortable and your happy. If you need new or old jewelry sized. John Pena Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.
