Isabel Gloria Lana was the best! My finance brought me to the store for Mother’s Day to pick out an engagement ring. We are young and not the richest people in the world so the first ring I liked was too pricey but Lana was so determined to get me walking out with a new ring. After we were approved for a lease amount she helped me find the PERFECT ring that was even better than the one I originally wanted. She was kind, considerate and helpful through the entire process. We will definitely be back for more jewelry in the future to work with Lana!

Then, my fiancé worked with Rachel to design the perfect ring and it turned out amazing! The design process was much quicker than I expected, and I was very surprised to get engaged so soon after visiting the store together! She also had great tips for keeping the ring in our price range. They work with you to get you exactly what you want!

Dan S A great JCPenney to shop for whatever you need that JCPenney happens to sell. This location is clean, organized, and has friendly service. I couldnt complain about this store if I tried, nor do I have much more to say about this, so Ill share a story about this store: Once, back in 1991, I was shopping with my dad in this store. We were in the jeans section, and there was a little TV playing a Levis ad, on loop. It was for their large style jeans, and the commercial had a reggae song about "livin large". Fast forward to the modern era, and I am able to find that ad on YouTube. So, what I do is I enter Penneys from the north entrance and cue up the ad on my phone so I can share the joy. I do this every year at least once.
