Originally, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience during a Mother’s Day visit. I was ignored upon entering, given the wrong item, and felt dismissed when I returned to resolve the issue. It was upsetting, especially given the nature of the purchase.
However, I’m happy to update my review after being contacted by Customer Service. They were professional, attentive, and sincerely apologetic. They took my concerns seriously and worked to make things right. I plan to enjoy the earrings I purchased, and I appreciate the effort to restore my trust.
Mistakes happen, but how a company responds matters—and in this case, their follow-up was excellent. I’m grateful for the resolution and wanted to reflect that in my updated rating.
