Emily K. Had the most outstanding experience with an employee named Nikki today. My mom was looking for a ring, as she has aged her wedding ring is too big and wide, and she wanted something smaller. She is 82 and mobility is a struggle, she doesn’t get out very much, and it’s a sensitive time- my dad has recently passed. Nikki was so kind and patient, helping her to find her new ring size and showed her a variety of shapes and types of rings. My mom was thrilled with the selection and assistance. I am so grateful for the time and attention to customer service! And it wasn’t just Nikki! I overheard other employees talking to customers, they were so impressive! It’s been a long time since I have been to a store where I have had an experience like that. I will definitely be back! Nikki also gave me a card for a jeweler if I’d like to get my mom’s wedding ring sized, very thoughtful!

Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. Judy Casey I brought a loose stone in for setting as a solitaire in a ring setting I already had. The jeweler demonstrated fine craftsmanship in setting the stone. Also replaced a small stone in my setting. The price was extremely reasonable also. I am very pleased. This happened at the Conroe tx location.

We had a couple of ideas of what we (she) liked and styles. With consultation of Farzi we ended up finding the perfect Size & Style for her, forever. Farzi is very personable, relatable and above all knowledgeable in the Jared collections and she also helped us with some custom options in the setting and band.. Still waiting on the band to come in but we know 100% it’s perfect. She instilled that confidence with us & hope she gets plenty of business in the future. Jasmine Bayliss After I recommended this jewelry store on a local mom’s group, I realized I never left a review for the store here. I highly recommend Kim Ngoc for onsite jewelry repairs. They have repaired gold earrings and rings for me. The store admittedly looks sketchy from the outside with the bars on the windows, and you have to wait to be buzzed in. However, this Vietnamese jeweler has been here since the early ‘80s. Gold jewelry is sold by grams based on market price, and I’ve found the price to be good. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen have been related to customer service. I think most of the brusqueness is the language barrier. My Vietnamese is basic so I just wait to speak English with the daughter, Thao, who is delightful. They fixed my jewelry onsite while I shopped (about 45 minutes). Before my ring was taken back, Thao verified the stone’s authenticity and she verified it again before she gave it back to me. I’ve been pleased with the repairs.
