Alaina My Fiancés mom chose to bring me to Kay Jewelers to find my wedding ring and they did not disappoint. Such an incredible place , the jewelry is absolutely stunning and the staff is even better!! Evelyn helped us and she was phenomenal, super friendly, helpful and treated us like family! She was so awesome that we were able to get my Fiance to come in so we could get his ring too and we did!!! Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.
