Jimmy Lowe Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.

Elizabeth Coffee Highest quality of customer service. I brought in a Sterling bracelet with a broken hinge. Lisa collaborated with her team to offer some repair options that would keep it from breaking again. They think out of the box for you. This is a very special piece to me and they engraved the inside beautifully. Ranch Road is very personable and professional. I definitely recommend them!

Marc Lajoie Debbie Smith did a great job helping is out with our purchase of a new cross for my chain. She also cleaned all my jewelry and looked at my wedding ring and she found that I had 2 broken prongs that cannot be fixed due to a chip at the same location. I will be looking into a new wedding ring very soon with Debbie’s help. Excellent service!

Tonya Chronicallyillsoldier This is a place that you can go inside the mall that sells clothing for girl teens and women. They also have clothes for boy and girl infants through 5t. There is always a sale going on. Nothing overly priced either.
