I was able to get ahold of the district manager who said he understood that it was understandable I didnt make a return during the holidays, which I missed the normal return deadline by 4 days. He said that if the store manager contacted him, as I had originally requested, we could have worked something out and made the return in light of the holidays. So I would shop at Daniels again, but keeping away from this specific store as that manager is still there. Which Im not asking him to be fired, just not going to give him my business.
People like this store manager must realize we are humans and not robots and can look at unique situations and adjust, also remember everyone has a boss, and a store manager is not the store king.

Store manager yelled at me well I was on the phone with Daniels customer service. I just wanted to make a return and he refused to work with me, and I asked to speak to the Regional Manager and he refused. I had offered to even do a partial refund as my wife didnt want anything for an exchange. We looked around with my kids, and yes, the store manager yelled at me in front of my kids.
I never raised my voice at all and he yelled at me when I took pictures of the store for this review, which would have only been for a store manager that refused to call the regional manager per my request to see if they would approve of a refund and maybe a 2 star, I wish I could put a negative stars, for unprofessional store manager.
Dont shop here!
