2 /5 Monique Williams: Overall, the store was OK from what I got to see of it however the lack of associates that work here makes it very difficult for customers to want to shop only one area for checkout, which is very frustrating when I got to the line I wanted to turn back around and leave. Had we not needed the items that we picked up we would have left. Just a very bad experience overall I expect more from a location located next to a military base.

4 /5 christina charles: I have been a JCPenney shopper for many years. I recently went shopping for some summer apparel at the local store and was disappointed with the collections in the department. I was hoping to find some good quality basic pieces, but either the tops looked like last years design or the fabric on some of the pieces made you question the buyers design sense. I am sure I am not the only shopper who feels that way. I have to compliment the sales staff, they are always the most helpful and very friendly.

4 /5 Eddie Ruiz: I visited JC Penney looking for pantyhose for my wife and wasn’t sure where to find them. I asked the store manager, and she quickly pointed me to a full rack with plenty of designs to choose from. The service was efficient and helpful, which I appreciated. The price, however, was a bit higher than I expected, but since my wife needed them, we went ahead with the purchase.
