They called me before the time frame of completion was done(finished early). They sent me a picture of product and went out of there way to ship it to me in Colorado. Wonderful team and staff. Judy Casey I brought a loose stone in for setting as a solitaire in a ring setting I already had. The jeweler demonstrated fine craftsmanship in setting the stone. Also replaced a small stone in my setting. The price was extremely reasonable also. I am very pleased. This happened at the Conroe tx location.
