1 /5 A: Omg- sorely disappointed- my fiancé and I walked in to purchase our wedding bands and were in the store for 5minutes and nobody helped us. There were 2 employees and nobody approached us for assistance- we drove to Laredo and actually purchased our bands at the Daniels over there with Mariano- it was totally worth the drive- he helped us out- Daniels at McAllen- please try to be more helpful- you lost a major sale today!

1 /5 Vidal Garcia: On 07/15/2023 at 7:32 pm , i called the store and a very unprofessional lady named Patricia pick the phone , i was calling to make a payment and she was talking long to figure out how to find my account , she asked for my name , my address and still couldn’t find my account! I explained they always find me with my phone # , she keep insisting whats my address. She needs to learn how to listen to the customer ! I was so irritated due to her not finding my account so i can make a payment , it sounded like she doesn’t know how to take a payment over the phone. im concern now why people like that work there ! She even had the nerve to assume and questioned me if i came in the morning to make a payment ! I said no ! I don’t go to the store ! They always sitting in the back does not even feel like they wanna help ! When i make previous payments over the phone with the store i trust my payment will go through safe and smoothly! Patricia had to ask for help to a guy that called me VIDALA when my name is Vidal ! So uncomfortable the only reason why i keep calling the store is to finish paying my account! Since is even uncomfortable paying at the store ! Never again train your associates !

5 /5 Gaby Garcia: I recently visited the store and was greeted by a sales lady named Bibi. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and she took the time to understand my needs and budget. She showed me a variety of jewelry options that were within my price range, and she was also very knowledgeable about the different gemstones and metals. I ended up purchasing a beautiful pair of diamond earrings that I am absolutely in love with. I would highly recommend Bibi to anyone who is looking for a jewelry sales person who is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

5 /5 MArgarito Munoz: Walked into the store because the watches layout caught my eye as I passed the store! The jewelry was beautifully arranged. Excellent customer service from all the staff there. I was helped out a lot. Most definitely recommend this jewelry store.
