Rusty Eldred Kyles Jewelry is the best! I had my grandparents wedding bands and some diamonds from my great-grandmas tennis bracelet that I wanted turned into a ring. My grandpa always wore a white gold nugget ring that I thought was the coolest. His ring became who he was, he never took it off and I wanted something similar. I hesitated for years to get something made because I needed someone I could trust, someone with good character, and someone who understood the value and personal value I was entrusting them with. Ive known the owner for over a decade through going to the same gym. Once I found out that he owns Kyles Jewelry I knew he was the guy to create my ring. Once I shared my idea he and his son worked extensively to come up with something that turned out better than I had imagined. What I got was a handcrafted, manly ring, with history, and made by great people. I couldnt be any happier with the outcome. He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service! When youre looking for a jeweler, youre not just looking for a craftsman, youre looking for someone reliable and trust-worthy. Luis is that. He provides excellent customer service, great attention to detail, very personable, and just warmly talks to you. He makes professional recommendations. This is his expertise and you dont feel like hes up-selling you, hes taking care of you! Engagement and wedding rings are so personal, Im glad we found a jeweler who we can trust with our priced emblems!!!
