Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.

greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

Ingeborg Tauber I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams/Manager of Dallas Gold $ Silver in Euless, TX, located on Airport Fwy/Industrial Blvd. in Euless, TX. Mr. Adams extended excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days, plus demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. I had two watches, both made and purchased in Europe that needed battery replacement and one needed adjustment to fit my wrist. The battery replacement and wrist adjustment was fixed on location. (Other stores would have sent the watches to another location, because they were made in Europe.) Mr. Adams customer service had no problems solving the repair by himself at the current location. Needless to say that I am a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Mr. Adams, you are recommended to my family, friends and anyone who reads this review.
