Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. Now, I’ll admit, I haven’t spent a lot of time in jewelry stores over the years, but when I do, I expect great service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, expertise, and the kind of customer service that makes everything sparkle just a little bit brighter. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team!
