Gabby Flores Most predatory and bitter owners. Parking in the back was empty and I parked in the spot of a specific shop I was planning to buy from on my way back from getting kolaches. Parked for 5 minutes and my truck was gone. $300 to get it back and the lot was empty. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE NEAR THEM YOU WILL GET TOWED. Horrible business and people.

Alex Lupulescu I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!

Reyna I love, love, LOVE my heart ring that I purchased here, theres ALWAYS something that catches my eye online and I had fun picking up my piece! Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!
