I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

After looking all around Abilene, getting different prices and estimates on completion, KGN jewelry Had the best price with the best ETA. They also do their ring resizing in store, which is very important. Tony was able to get my ring done within one day. They had it shined and cleaned when I went to pick it up. I highly recommend going here instead of the other jewelry franchises that send your ring away for two weeks at a time. Thank you KGN! I will definitely be coming back for more purchases.

Le Danni truly went above and beyond in fixing a nightmare situation we had with another jeweler (who sells diamonds internationally). They repaired everything the other jeweler messed up — and did it exactly how we wanted, at about half the cost of what a different local jeweler quoted us. The level of personal attention we received was unsurpassable. You honestly can’t go wrong working with them. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Le Danni, for turning our nightmare into a true dream. Brenda Floyed I love Hartfield Designs! Shop has unique gifts and a wonderful friendly staff. I was there recently to have a necklace repaired. Beautiful work and a very reasonable price. This is probably not the best place to have jewelry repaired if you want it back immediately.
