3 /5 N Garcia: I would give it a higher rating to JcPenney, but the clearance section was not well attended by its associates and the two ladies employees who were working on the area had nothing but an unfriendly expression. I was accompanying my sister who later decided to go to the makeup area which the sales representative Jose changed it for this shopping experience. His attentiveness and knowledge on the products made it a more pleasant shopping experience. However, the cleanliness of this section was very poor, and most of the tester products were not working or empty. I would recommend to have this area more well kept and recognize its employees to motivate them to greet and serve its customers. Overall, I would recommend to all shoppers to go and look for Jose in the Cosmetics area and keep in mind that the location is not one of the best well kept when it comes to hygiene. Even though it should be main one well-kept since people are trying products on their face or skin. INDEED, try the HUDABEAUTY (The Overachiever Concealer) !! Te Cubre Hasta LA SUEGRA!!.
