John Coffey Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.

Matthew C Update (2/23/25): Bad. Went today to sell them my JAXXON Cuban link 14K 2.7mm 24” chain. It weighs 13.2g. Gold spot price today is $94/g(2939/oz). So 14k melt price would = $727. There are calculators for this. The man offered me $450. I will not be coming back to this place. I left and sold my chain for $635 instantly at another gold shop. Now I understand the bad reviews and adding one of my own above. Went there this morning to see if I could exchange a 24K pendant that my wife bought for me few months back in China. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and professional. She gave me fair spot market gold price for the pendant(less a few% of course), and I got a 24K gold cross for a fair price. Very satisfied. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.

As far as Im concerned, when you are in the market for a ROLEX or some other fine time piece this could very well be your first and last stop for that special one that you been chasing after. If they dont have what you are looking for, they sure as hell will find it for you. This guys really know their stuff.

Tara Jackson One of the better stores in the B/CS mall. The staff was super sweet, I asked them to help me pick out some jewelry for a dress and they were happy to do so. I wish there was more space, the store does feel a bit cramped, but they still have a good selection of clothes and jewelry.
