1 /5 Ashley Cisneros: We went the other day after a work training. The worker was an old white lady who was clearly racially profiling myself and my coworker. It was super sad to see because as an employee who is often told to travel to CS I’ve always had great experiences until this day. She kept staring us down because my coworker and I are clearly Hispanic. She didn’t even greet or talk to us UNTIL I made a point to say bye to her so she knows what she’s doings. But when a couple of other girls walked in, clearly not Hispanic, she greeted them nicely in front of us and even offered to help them. Sad sad sad. Don’t go because obviously this is happening more than once.

1 /5 Student Blogger: The staff needs some diversity training. This store treats white people better than others. I agree with the other comments. I wasn’t greeted as well as the others. I had gone to the store when it wasn’t too busy and there were 3 employees. I saw that one of the employees was helping someone and so I asked someone else for help in picking out an outfit. She didn’t care and was like, everything is around the store. While, others were getting help. This really put me off as I’ve had great experiences with other locations. Please don’t be biased on the clientele you help, it’s 2020 and we should be passed this. It’s really sad to see this happen. Please have some diversity training for the staff.

1 /5 A Z: Had a terrible experience at this store. My daughter and I were not greeted upon entering the store because the two older women working the sales floor were very busy hovering around a Hispanic family, very clearly watching their every move. There were plenty of other customers in the store but none got the attention that this family did. The atmosphere was very hostile. We heard them rudely talking TO the family in question. Not a friendly face or tone was seen or heard from either woman. We were directly behind this same family to check out, and as they were leaving, the woman who told me she was the manager (Martha) said to the other lady something along the lines of, “Make sure they all left.” This was not said quietly and was said directly in front of myself and my daughter. I was beyond disgusted by their blatant rudeness and treatment to this Hispanic family who just spent money at their store. We will not be shopping here again.

4 /5 Tara Jackson: One of the better stores in the B/CS mall. The staff was super sweet, I asked them to help me pick out some jewelry for a dress and they were happy to do so. I wish there was more space, the store does feel a bit cramped, but they still have a good selection of clothes and jewelry.

1 /5 Gabriela: The manager Kelly is just disgusting. I’m Hispanic but I have never ever experienced anything close to the treatment Kelly gave me. The store was full with other girls but she hovered over me the whole time. When I went to try on clothes she was coming up to the dressing room every 2-3 mins. And to top it off she tried saying that I never gave her back a dress which I never even tried on to begin with. The fact that she tried to memorize everything I brought in there is ridiculous. After I left the dressing room I was going to buy a dress so I started looking for accessories but the whole time she was staring at me from behind the counter. I felt so uncomfortable I put the dress back and left. I’ve never been so embarrassed and will not be returning to this location. I have a family friend who works at Francesca’s HR and I will be filing a report on her.
