5 /5 Elizabeth Alstrin: I have been doing business with Wiley’s for about 6 to 7 years now and I am always impressed by the customer service and how promptly my jewelry gets cleaned and fixed and also the quality of the new jewelry that I purchased from them. They have built rings for me and they are always beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Wiley‘s in Waxahachie, Texas.

5 /5 Mattison Drake: I would just like to update, I absolutely ADORE miss Carolyn. I brought in one of my late grandmothers rings to have repaired and resized for me to wear and it was very sentimental to me. She took great care is such a kind lady and always the sweetest to us! She’s a Gem! I dropped my beautiful engagement ring off for a cleaning and she is so sparkly! The staff at Wiley’s are all amazing! My mother in law also recently got her original rings redone and loves them as well! Great service and the cleanings are amazing! Also very fast I was able to pick up a day early! Thank you Ashley! (I believe Ashley was also the sweet lady who helped me find me ring when we first came in to look and she was so sweet and helped me find what I really liked, she made it really easy)

Karen was great and helped us through an extremely stressful time of thinking my wifes wedding ring was irreparably damaged. We originally bought my wifes wedding ring from Wileys years ago and have since moved more than an hour away. Because of this we took her ring to a local jeweler for a damaged prong. The other jeweler soldered multiple prongs together to "make it stronger" and caused quite a bit of damage. Wileys was able to undo the other jewelers issues and we can hardly tell anything was ever wrong with the ring. Wileys will be our jeweler from now on, no matter how far the drive is!

We are a young couple in our early 20s and went into Wileys after experiencing some rudeness at another jewelry store in the area, and were so encouraged by the way Wileys handled everything. We were instantly greeted with friendship and professionalism, and we knew instantly that we wanted to work with them to build my engagement ring! Lauren, Vanessa, and Tricia helped tremendously and were there to answer each and every question we had about anything. They even showed me some customs that they had done in the past, which helped me to trust that they could handle my design (I am very picky). There were no hidden agendas or things gone untold. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place for couples! I will post pictures once everything is done :)
