Denise Mills Excellent customer service at a reasonable price! They replaced a broken earring post. It looks great and its stronger than the original. Its like new...I cant tell that it was damaged! They also replaced my watch battery. Both repairs were done within 24 hours! Fast, friendly and professional! Ill definitely go back...highly recommended!

Tiffany Nguyen Went to James Avery this past Saturday and Courtney was great. The bow ring didn’t come in my size and instead of her telling me to just wear it on another finger she brought out the ring sizer and largest size they carried. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to purchase this ring Courtney told me I could get it resized into my correct size. She was extremely patient with me even though the store was busy during the charm event. She exuded southern charm and I hope she has an amazing day! Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.
