3 /5 Rhonda Bowman: I visited this place for the first time to get so piece repaired. The first person I met was Kelby. He was snobbish and had no customer service skills. If it had not been for Paige, the owners, the repair guy, their smiles, and eye contact, I probably would have gone somewhere else with my 987.57 worth of repairs. Food for thought "1 bad apple can spoil the whole bunch". Thanks, Paige for checking me out today while Kelby was looking over his glass at me from his cubical, like I wasnt supposed to be there. Probably will not go back. It was 2 weeks before I got my Jewelry back. 7/25/24-8/15/24. The jewelry was expensive to repair, however, it was cleaned and repaired beautifully.
