They’ve worked on several of my pieces over the years, and the craftsmanship is always top-notch. Plus, their store is full of beautiful, unique jewelry you won’t find anywhere else. Love this place!

We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to go with them. They were very knowledgeable and understood to gravity of the gift for my wife. And the cost was so much better than it could have been. We most definitely will do business again in the near future.

3 /5 Rhonda Bowman: I visited this place for the first time to get so piece repaired. The first person I met was Kelby. He was snobbish and had no customer service skills. If it had not been for Paige, the owners, the repair guy, their smiles, and eye contact, I probably would have gone somewhere else with my 987.57 worth of repairs. Food for thought "1 bad apple can spoil the whole bunch". Thanks, Paige for checking me out today while Kelby was looking over his glass at me from his cubical, like I wasnt supposed to be there. Probably will not go back. It was 2 weeks before I got my Jewelry back. 7/25/24-8/15/24. The jewelry was expensive to repair, however, it was cleaned and repaired beautifully.

Add to review 9-7-23....if you are looking for a place to have appraisal done on jewelry, this is the place to go. Amazing service and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I have also had some earrings switched over to screw back style posts and they were super understanding at how important and special those earrings are to me. I also cant wait to see the custom piece being made for me for an upcoming 25th anniversary! 11-13-24...Happy 25th Anniversary to us! Thank Kelby and the rest of the crew for helping make my dreams come true! I picked out one stone and the hubby upgraded! I am one lucky lady!
