The jeweler was very patient as we went back and forth on the perfect fit, and the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. And it’s always fun to see Tucker the cat. Not being able to speak directly with anyone at Jostens corporate, I took a chance and called Jostens-Allen directly. First ring, Larry answered and so graciously fulfilled my order, complimentary. Larry said Ill still receive my original order, as I have already paid, but he just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and so that I could make my Senior 2020 experience memorable without any delay. Tara Sims I called them 15 minutes ago and asked do you have an acoustic guitar? She said yes I said how much she said 120 I said let’s negotiate she goes 100 I said I’m on my way when I got there. They had a $200 acoustic guitar that they gave me for 150 and out of the store in 10 minutes, I could not recommend this place highly enough way to go Rosenberg Richmond

Riley Ray Sobczak If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. I absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the DFW area - you will not be disappointed!

Maxim Don (Storm Repair Network) We went to the art festival today and found an absolutely stunning jewelry store!!! The artist was the sweetest person and soooo talented!! This store is a must for people who appreciate true hand made jewelry and art!!! I will definitely be going back and purchasing many pieces! Beautiful crystals stones and artifacts.

Gina Su Always happy to support local businesses! I’ve done several jewelry repairs here at this point including remaking a couple pieces. So far I’ve been happy with the work done. When I had one diamond that kept falling out of an old band, they worked with me to figure out the best solution to prevent it from happening again. Great, welcoming service from everyone. I highly recommend if you are in the area. There are a lot of beautiful pieces in their display cases as well.

Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!

Lisa Garcia We went in yesterday around 5 when they would usually be open, but they were closed until Monday to finish repainting the shop. They were very hard at work painting but the owner was gracious enough to open up the door for my father who was in need of a last minute birthday gift. She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to purchase a ring! They even wrapped the gift for us. 10/10 would recommend purchasing form this jewelry shop

Barbara K Moody Team Greg was so wonderful to work with! He resized some rings for me and was half the price of the other jeweler I checked with. I also bought a green Tourmaline from him and had it put into an existing ring, and it’s fabulous! (Price was great too!) He made my husband and I feel right at home, gave me great advice, and we really felt like we could trust what he was telling us. I highly recommend him as a jeweler!
