Van Nguyen Funny enough, I happened upon Artier on Reddit where it was mentioned as a great antique store with an awesome owner. Upon reading more reviews I kept seeing mention of Harold as a true delight and even thought to myself "theres no way this store and owner can be THIS great". I am so happy to be wrong. My wife and I were greeted and had so much great conversation with Harold while we shopped. We were welcomed and felt at home. The property even reminded us of the comfort of our hometown, New Orleans. Every piece in the store had a story that Harold would happily tell. We were able to get a few gifts for some loved ones, some books for our library and some pieces for the house. I wont hesitate to recommend and we will be returning regularly!

P J What a great little store. Sweet people, Had a watch clasp that needed a simple adjustment and they jumped on it immediately. We were in Kerrville on a visit so was in a bit of a pickle with a watch that would not stay latched and they were able to tweak it to get the clasp to latch and were so kind about it. Least I could do is write them a great review. Cool shop. Great folks. Recommended.

Alicia Barton My husband and I had been hunting for a replacement for my original wedding ring set. Everywhere we looked was too expensive, or the associates were too pushy, or judgmental of our budget. However STEVE at the GRAPEVINE Marquise Jewelers was so kind and patient with us. We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted. Thank you, Steve, from the bottom of my heart. We WILL be back for a wedding band. PS They truly take care of their out of town customers!

Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.

Jesper Kim Great place to go to get a trusted price for any valuable pieces. I was able to sell two different pieces and got an amazing deal. Yosef was thorough during the process and explained what he looked for and how it was valued. Felt comfortable letting the pieces go and definitely would come back if I have anything else to sell. Really happy with my experience and i recommend anyone to go check them out. You won’t regret it!
