Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. Thanks so much, Jeanette and Zales at South Park Mall! Well definitely be back.

She’s easy to reach if you have questions, concerns, or just want to shop the jewelry in person. Lola and Tae is my preference for my own jewelry but I also LOVE gifting it to my friends. The pieces are high quality and thoughtfully created— I’ll always be a L&T girl!

Jimmy Lafrance Bellano was my first stop for a birthday gift, and I didn’t need a second. The staff greeted me warmly and asked thoughtful questions. They showed me options that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. I chose a diamond pendant that sparkled with elegance. Seeing their face light up was priceless. Bellano made me shine too.

Alena Salazar I went in to clean my Aggie ring which was horrendous. It was tarnished and was almost completely bronzed, and now it looks like the day I got it. I almost cried. AND IT WAS FREE!!!! The jeweler even let me try on engagement rings since I was window shopping while waiting for my ring (took 5 minutes to clean). He even educated me on what would best fit and what to look for. I was extremely pleased and grateful!!!
