Kendra Scott - College Station (TX)

1 /5 Mary Wong: I have NEVER been so upset in my life than I was when I just visited the College Station, Tx store. I have spent SO MUCH money on Kendra Scott in the past on myself, my daughter, and other family members, its ridiculous. So, I go in there today with a VERY tarnished chain with a diamond cross on it that my husband gave me for Mothers Day in 2024, wanting to get it replaced. I do NOT wear my jewelry in the shower or in a pool, ever. You would think as a one time courtesy, they would replace it. NO!!! Because I didnt have proof of purchase (that it was bought within the year), they did NOTHING. What poor customer service. I am SO done with Kendra Scott. It is nothing but over-priced costume jewelry. Its no wonder NO ONE was in the store.

1 /5 halle wager: We were greeted by a lady upon entry and proceeded to the color bar to explore custom options. Although a sales associate was standing nearby, she neglected to offer assistance until we explicitly asked, after which she appeared bothered. After completing our purchase, we inquired about the price discrepancy between the listed price and our charge, and she merely mentioned a price increase before placing the receipt in the bag without thanking us. We had initially planned to make two purchases but left with only one, feeling somewhat judged during our time in the store.

5 /5 Manuel&Janelle Barajas: This review and rating is a reflection of the customer service I received from REBECCA in college station and HER customer service ONLY. She greeted me with a smile, acknowledged me as I opened the door and began helping me as I walked in. After we were hijacked by another less inclined to help sales rep, Rebecca kindly stepped back in and insisted on helping us. The customer service we received from Rebecca is why Kendra Scott is what it is today. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help us. She represents your brand very well! Thank you, Rebecca!

1 /5 Stajha Morgan: I went into Kendra Scott because they came highly recommended by my cousin who is a loyal customer. She told me how much I would love their products over James Avery so I was very excited to purchase my daughter’s valentines necklace from here. As I entered the store no one greeted me, offered me help or asked if I wanted some “ Complimentary” wine. I left because I didn’t feel wanted and nobody even told me “ Thank you for coming”. The necklaces were reasonably priced and beautiful but I would rather spend my money with a company who values my presence. I’m not sure of the girls names but I came the day after Valentine’s Day at 3:45.
