My fiancé and I went ring shopping a few months ago and visited a few chain stores, but none of them really understood what I wanted - even when I sent photos, which was very frustrating. Lina invited us to stop in, saying she had a diamond and setting she thought we’d love, and she was right! She knew exactly what I envisioned after just one conversation. She was so helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I know my fiancé was especially grateful for how seamless everything was. Jennifer Bautista Mike and Sam Jewelry deserves all the stars ⭐️. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I explained exactly what I wanted to change on my current band (new diamond and claw prongs) and they delivered exactly that plus more!! My ring looks brand new and so beautiful. My ring was completed in a short amount of time and there are zero complaints from me. If you want quality service you have to come to Mike and Sam. I am so in love with what they were able to do for me. I’ll be a life long customer.

Hannah Benavidez I had an heirloom diamond necklace from my late grandmother (that was actually her original engagement ring) that I brought in to be remade into a more practical piece of jewelry I would be able to wear on a daily basis. Oscar et al created a beautiful solitaire and eternity band that is not only more modern and my own personal style, but more wearable than the necklace ever would have been. He was also able to create both of these in less than two weeks. Jackie was also incredibly helpful in the design process. Superb customer service. Simply incredible! 10/10 would recommend. I will be back to rework other heirloom jewelry into more wearable pieces.

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! I hope everyone has a great day but I hope Lauren has a stellar day every day for the day she helped me make!
