I brought in some gold and rings, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable deal. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done “in the back.” He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. The shop is located in a sleek, bougie building that was super easy to find—just a quick 37-minute drive from Sherman straight up 75. Allen is one of those people who feels like an instant friend. Bruce Garcia Decided to check this place out to buy something nice for my wife. It was a pleasant shopping experience. No pressure or rush from the sales associates. The store was clean and the jewelry was displayed in a manner that was not overwhelming to my senses. The manager, Laura, personally tended to my wife and I. She was friendly and answered any questions we had. I don’t usually frequent jewelry stores but would definitely recommend this one.

Natalie Mercadel My bestie and I had such a great experience at The Pink Swan Shop! We got matching permanent anklets, and the whole vibe of the shop was so cute and girly—literally pink paradise! Yendi helped us out and she was the sweetest! Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. She helped us pick the perfect anklets and made sure everything felt special. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back for more cute jewelry.

Haden Cowdrey Took my now wife here to get an engagement ring, we were in a difficult position due to me being in the military and having to move sooner than I expected. The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time. Really happy we found this place.

Matthew C Update (2/23/25): Bad. Went today to sell them my JAXXON Cuban link 14K 2.7mm 24” chain. It weighs 13.2g. Gold spot price today is $94/g(2939/oz). So 14k melt price would = $727. There are calculators for this. The man offered me $450. I will not be coming back to this place. I left and sold my chain for $635 instantly at another gold shop. Now I understand the bad reviews and adding one of my own above. Went there this morning to see if I could exchange a 24K pendant that my wife bought for me few months back in China. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and professional. She gave me fair spot market gold price for the pendant(less a few% of course), and I got a 24K gold cross for a fair price. Very satisfied. Not sure why all the bad reviews.
