Joe G. This is a newer location (recently moved) and it looks great. From the jewelry displays to the mall location, its a great convenient shopping spot. The customer service guests are pretty friendly and are very informed about their products. Theyre charming and will win your business if you need help looking for a special gift. There is a section within this store, I dont recall seeing it at the old location, where they custom make the jewelry in front of you. I wasnt sure if it was made to order or if they were just piecing the jewelry together to place on the displays. Nonetheless, it was cool to see the workers in action.

Trinity Davis I just happen to come across Benolds when on my hunt for an engagement ring. Benolds had excellent customer service! I was helped by Hallie. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream ring. Like most people struggle with everywhere we went, they just felt like they were trying to get us to buy anything. Not this place! It was much appreciated not to feel so pressured. Hallie made finding my ring a breeze. We were so pleased with Benolds that we came back and bought our wedding bands from them too. Every time I get the chance, I make sure to mention them to family and friends. I will be making any future jewelry purchases with Benolds 100%.

Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. Hassaan Khan There are many jewelry places at this mall. Only Diamond City gets my business. They are first, and foremost, honest. Ive never had a single issue with the individuals who work there. The owner "Big K" is a really nice guy. They sell all types of jewelry. Anything from Gold chains to Gold Grillz. Absolutely the best.

George Salazar Very helpful and friendly people! The young man up front is always willing and able to help and give his professional advise. The lady came from the back of the store with a huge welcoming smile. Always have a nice experience when I go in. From buying to getting repairs, its always an easy transaction. No pressure to buy, never charge for their professional opinion. He cleaned my pendant coin with no charge! Will do business with them again!
