I would highly recommend working with her. The store had a large selection of diamonds, which were all priced fairly and cut well. The showroom was clean and organized, and it was cool to see the jewelry professions faceting stones behind the glass. I may not have been the easiest client, but they worked with me and were patient through all of my questions. The ring came out beautiful, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. I had lost the center stone of my wedding band the day before and was pretty upset, it was three days before our 30th anniversary on Mother’s Day! Jackie, Dan and Charity were caring and took a personal interest in helping me find just the right stone to replace my diamond. Not only did they reset the ring, it was ready in one day, polished to perfection and ready for my Anniversary! Oh and by the way, the prices are amazing I couldn’t be happier and so is my husband!
