When I had one diamond that kept falling out of an old band, they worked with me to figure out the best solution to prevent it from happening again. Great, welcoming service from everyone. I highly recommend if you are in the area. There are a lot of beautiful pieces in their display cases as well.

Castillo Hugo “Александр” Moe is a True Professional - Handled a Cherished Watch with Care! I came to Precious Jewelry Outlet with a vintage watch that belongs to my daughter. It’s a special piece to her, so I was nervous about finding someone to replace the battery. Moe was the gentleman who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the older watch with the utmost care and precision. He had it running again in no time. My daughter was thrilled! Van Nguyen Funny enough, I happened upon Artier on Reddit where it was mentioned as a great antique store with an awesome owner. Upon reading more reviews I kept seeing mention of Harold as a true delight and even thought to myself "theres no way this store and owner can be THIS great". I am so happy to be wrong. My wife and I were greeted and had so much great conversation with Harold while we shopped. We were welcomed and felt at home. The property even reminded us of the comfort of our hometown, New Orleans. Every piece in the store had a story that Harold would happily tell. We were able to get a few gifts for some loved ones, some books for our library and some pieces for the house. I wont hesitate to recommend and we will be returning regularly!
