Jorge Uvina Cristian and Toneil are amazing! They took the time to help find the perfect ring for my fiancé and went above and beyond in everyway! Not only did i walk in for 1 ring i left with 3 rings and got a great deal for all 3! They made sure everything was exactly what i wanted and werent pushy in the process, they let me lead and they followed! i cant express enough how great the experience was especially because i was very stressed walking in to it. I went in with my brother to get him a ring and we came out buying three other items plus the ring for such a good price! Raj helped us on picking the perfect piece for each item we got! the staff was so friendly and were so helpful and patient! They let us try on the jewelry and weren’t rushing us and throwing prices compared to other places! amazing staff, amazing prices and amazing pieces! My new go to place! Make sure to ask for RAJ!! he’s amazing and so passionate about selling each piece!

I’ve come to this location multiple times to browse and Ami has always been helpful and attentive. I’ve been on the hunt for a gold chain for roughly 7 years and i’ve never really been able to snag a good deal or had jewelers actually put in the effort to finding me a piece of my liking and affordable. Ami has always worked with me each visit to find something i want to take home and love FOREVER. She always tells me never settle and that advice led me to the piece i have today. She lengthened my toddler’s bracelet (which we had bought from another vendor) for absolutely free when she outgrew it! I have been to every jewelry store and rock shop, from Washington to Texas looking for jewelry and gems, I know a lot about diamonds and have purchased at luxury brands as well as mom and pop for years. So I do not say this lightly, but my experience at Rice Village was the best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had full stop! First they have a great selection of natural diamonds! They have high quality settings that are unique and diverse. Arcelia was amazing, she looked at my inspiration picks and searched high and low for any ring I might like. And this is a special ring as its my 18 year wedding anniversary so Im taking my time. There was no pressure at all she let me try on everything and touch everything and I felt comfortable the whole time. The diamonds are much better than the quality you find at other stores great cuts and color all around. You really couldnt go wrong with anything in the store. Ronnie was super knowledgeable! I could have geeked out talking to him about diamonds and gems for days! He even offered to find me a special emerald at the vagus gem show, he was fun and friendly as well. I am very excited to find such a great place and Im sure I will be purchasing many pieces from them in the near future. Update: After taking time to enjoy looking at the larger selection of diamonds, I decided on an amazing 3 stone ring, it’s a stunner! More sparkle than I have ever seen! It was a great price too, definitely competitive to online sellers, but way better quality and personal service. I also got to see some of their custom created tennis bracelets and they were true perfection, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for anything custom!
