Sebastian Caballero I went to many other jewelers to see if they could mount some gems but none of them wanted to take the risk. They all told me it was not possible until I found this place. He not only mounted the gems but did some engravings with custom designs that came out perfect. I highly recommend going here, communication via text has been a great help. I will be taking other things I have to be fixed knowing that the job will be a job well done!

Tara Sims I called them 15 minutes ago and asked do you have an acoustic guitar? She said yes I said how much she said 120 I said let’s negotiate she goes 100 I said I’m on my way when I got there. They had a $200 acoustic guitar that they gave me for 150 and out of the store in 10 minutes, I could not recommend this place highly enough way to go Rosenberg Richmond

Aaron Cummings Initially I went to have a gold bracelet shortened, which they did an excellent job with. Mr. Dickens does the repairs himself. While there I decided to purchase a new gold wedding band as well. Randi helped me find the perfect type of ring I wanted and was helpful with sizing. They have beautiful jewelry, and anything you might want that they don’t have on hand, they can get within a couple days. I’m a small business owner myself, and I love supporting other local small businesses. I suggest going here before one of those chain jewelry stores.

The process has been easy and clear from the start. Claire is very knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way.
