Brenda Floyed I love Hartfield Designs! Shop has unique gifts and a wonderful friendly staff. I was there recently to have a necklace repaired. Beautiful work and a very reasonable price. This is probably not the best place to have jewelry repaired if you want it back immediately.

Amanda spoke to us and helped us as we were just browsing engagement rings with no idea what we were doing.She was so sweet and knowledgeable on the type of rings i would be interested. Kimberly ODaniel I was so lucky to have found Emily’s booth at the Edom Art Festival and I bought a beautifully simple pair of hoops. I did not get her card (and honestly forgot her name) so I thought I’d never get another pair. Then, like magic, she was at Mistletoe and Magic this weekend! Now I have two beautiful pairs of delicate hoops and her website to buy more lovely pieces. I love how light the jewelry is. I have never worn anything but stud earrings because my ear lobes felt weighed down. Not in Emily’s earrings; I forget I’m even wearing them. And, I get SO many compliments on them.

Gayathri Iyer This is my second favorite store in the Rockport area. They have so many fun coastal and beach themed stuff and dress and tops. They also have gifts and other unique decor items. They have a lot to choose from and yet the place looks so neat and inviting. I just loved how they decorated the store and it definitely reminds that you are at beach. I just wish their tops and dresses they carried in XL because they were so adorable. The last size I found was Large.

Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.
