Its very dainty and once in a while it gets tugged on just enough for it to snap and I take it here for $20 gold necklace repair. They get it done in 1 day. I finally met the owners the other day when I came in to retrieve my necklace. Miss Cheryl and her husband are so sweet and they even own a lovely cottage that they also rent out to people who want to have a relaxing, nature staycation in Texas. Brian Gonzales The owner john showed much compassion for my mom when she went to purchased a bell regarding losing our father as of recent. She found the perfect bell to describe the situation. When she went to checkout, john insisted that she pay for the bell and refunded the money. He was so emotional about the loss and continued to give his condolences to my mother. What a true human being and business owner. We will be back and its so nice to know john and his family are true examples!
