Danya Murib I am pleased with my experience. This is the best gold shop with friendly owners. I never had a problem with any of my experiences and the jewelry that I bought. This gold shop deserves 5 stars and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a high quality shop and gold experience. The gold doesn’t change color and is still in a very good condition. I would definitely make another purchase at this gold shop.

Craig Thompson Decent little pawn shop. They had a rather unique collection of fire arms that surprised me. The staff was very friendly and helpful although they did not have what I was looking for.

Josee Locklear-Mooney The hidden gem here is the Hard Feelings perfume. It’s my new favorite thing. It’s affordable but smells expensive. I’d compare it to a couple different Chanel Chance scents. It’s unique, sexy, long lasting and layerable. It’s unisex but I think it could lean more masculine or femme depending how you layer it. By itself I think it’s perfect. It goes perfectly with my own chemistry. I will be back to get more and probably pick up something sparkly. The cowboy hat earrings caught my eye ;) additionally the staff was super friendly and also loved the perfume!

Jasmine Bayliss After I recommended this jewelry store on a local mom’s group, I realized I never left a review for the store here. I highly recommend Kim Ngoc for onsite jewelry repairs. They have repaired gold earrings and rings for me. The store admittedly looks sketchy from the outside with the bars on the windows, and you have to wait to be buzzed in. However, this Vietnamese jeweler has been here since the early ‘80s. Gold jewelry is sold by grams based on market price, and I’ve found the price to be good. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen have been related to customer service. I think most of the brusqueness is the language barrier. My Vietnamese is basic so I just wait to speak English with the daughter, Thao, who is delightful. They fixed my jewelry onsite while I shopped (about 45 minutes). Before my ring was taken back, Thao verified the stone’s authenticity and she verified it again before she gave it back to me. I’ve been pleased with the repairs.

Justin Osowski I’m skeptical by nature. Went in to the Fredericksburg location with the wife. Began talking with Kean and he offered to put two of their test patches on my back (where I have had constant pain for years). He explained to me the way their frequency jewelry works, and where it benefits us in our normal life. My wife and I walked around for the rest of the day, and my back felt like I was 15 years younger. Went back the next day and bought one of their tungsten frequency bracelets. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in my overall pain. I know the six hour drive home was a LOT better than the drive down! Kean is very knowledgeable, helpful, and upfront. The store is very nice and prices are very reasonable. Will visit next time we are in town. Also plan on getting a cross necklace for our 16 year old who is super active in sports.

Christina Ferrari-Noonan I did an on-line order with them by USPS priority delivery to Chicago. I received my items within four business days. Communication was excellent. Friendly staff when I called by phone with questions. Received all items that I ordered. Will probably be ordering more from this store again.
