I enjoyed looking through the shelved items and my wife came away with a couple of nice gifts for our daughters. Loved it and well worth the visit. This from Roger Browning. christina metcalf Need a rotary phone, roll top desk, Johnny Cash poster, and gram of gold? Of course you do and this is the place to find those things and so much more. A visit here is “exploring”, not shopping. So many treasures and treats from the past. It’s more than jewelry. It’s a history lesson. Even the location is historic. It once was a bank (as you can tell from the building’s architecture and safe in the back). We’ve been coming to McKinney for six years now (just moved here permanently) and this store is one of our first stops each visit. Go check it out.

Jimmy Lowe Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.

My partner and I had an incredible experience at fail jewelry purchasing wedding rings that we are absolutely in love with. I have had jewelry repaired here and most recently they created a custom ring that has three generations of stones. The craftsmanship is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice!!!!
