Jlee Ollie I visited Pandora the other day, and it was quite busy and discouraging. Just as I was about to leave and order online, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Tyler. He was very professional and respectful—an outstanding young man. I was pleased to learn that he is also an Army Veteran. His conversation with my husband about shared interests and values was very enjoyable and made the experience more welcoming. This allowed me to take my time browsing. Tyler was very helpful, offering several options and suggestions. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Tyler. Pandora may consider employing more professional staff members to enhance customer service and efficiency.

Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up. It’s incredible how one person’s kindness can brighten your day. I’d definitely consider returning—top-notch service!
