Kerry Pople My lady found three shirts (blouses) out of 7 tried on. Great stock and colors and sales. Ive been a JCP fan since 1977, so for almost 50 years. With their credit card, sales and pricing are really good. Staff are wonderful! Dressing rooms are a few and scattered, but semi-understadable with staffing issues. They are busy, though. We can almost always find something we "need."

John Tijerina Bought my engagement ring from Nicole. She was amazing from the beginning of looking at it, she took her time and helped me out more than any other store I went to. Even after the purchase she tremendously helped me and spent more then 30 minutes making sure we had our warranty information set so we had no issues down the road. She was very professional, nice, and overall made the experience of spending a lot of money more enjoyable!!

Sandy Sirkel They are the best of the best. I took in several family rings to have an engagement ring made. It is so beautiful. I had no idea what we wanted or anything, just took in several pieces. They came up with a design, which we approved from the drawing. It is so beautiful. Definitely a piece that will be worn daily and treasured as opposed to having several family pieces in the jewelry box for 10 years. I am planning on returning and having the rest of the stones made into another treasure. Kind, professional, helpful, definitely the best of the best. Every employee I talked with throughout the process was friendly and helpful.

Bree Dauphinee Lucas did an amazing job with my emerald! I had bought it in Colombia and it was set in sterling silver. I wanted a metal that wouldn’t oxidize, while making the necklace design more minimalistic. Lucas did a fantastic job and made the necklace exactly how I was wanting! I highly recommend.
