My husband ended up doing a custom design at Kay’s and Elizabeth was so communicative and accommodating throughout every step of the process. Anytime we went to Kay’s for an appt to approve the progress, we never felt rushed and Elizabeth went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to perfection. This went above and beyond the customer service we would expect from any jeweler and really helped make what could have been a stressful season a really enjoyable one!

There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me.
