Andre Wardian Roger went above and beyond with the workmanship and attention he spent on creating this piece. I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!

Got my little girl’s name put on her bracelet with gold letters, it came out awesome! Also had a gold chain and a ring repaired with next day pickup! Y hablan español :)

Monica Can My grandfather in law worked with Erick to customize a ring for me. Truly meaningful ring, since it was my grandmother in laws ring. They replaced a few diamonds with my childrens and my birthstone. I then went to get the ring resized. It only took a few days, and I am very happy with how it turned out.

Tiffany Nguyen Went to James Avery this past Saturday and Courtney was great. The bow ring didn’t come in my size and instead of her telling me to just wear it on another finger she brought out the ring sizer and largest size they carried. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to purchase this ring Courtney told me I could get it resized into my correct size. She was extremely patient with me even though the store was busy during the charm event. She exuded southern charm and I hope she has an amazing day! Jimmy Lowe Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.

Colby We had such a great experience with The Diamond Reserve! My fiancé got my engagement ring here, and we were so impressed we went back for our wedding bands. Olivia was amazing! Super helpful, easy to talk to, and really made the whole process fun and stress-free. We’re SO happy with our rings and cant recommend this place enough!!

The family atmosphere is a plus for me, which makes it very comfortable to shop. She added the ease and joy in shopping for jewelry... Gena helped us with the inspection and cleaning of our previously purchased jewelry.
