I had jewelry that was my deceased mother’s that I wished to make into pieces that I would use as well as some for my daughter to design for herself. We walked into your store one Saturday and were immediately greeted by Tiffany Currier. I explained what I was wanting to do and she began looking at what I had to work with and she stated that it could certainly be done. She suggested that all the stones be removed from their settings, graded, gold weighed and sold to apply toward the cost and design my pieces. She did exactly as we had discussed and quickly had the stone layout for the ring that I had selected in their display case. It was very quickly that I had a 360 degree drawing of my ring and then a wax mold followed in the mail shortly. Upon taking the rings back to her and giving the go ahead. We discussed having a custom necklace made with the remaining stones. In a few days I had a layout in a 360 degree drawing for it as well. Those pieces are being produced now and I can hardly wait to get them. My daughter’s custom pieces are already completed and she is so pleased. This has been such a great experience! TIFFANY IT IS BECAUSE OF YOU! YOU TOOK THIS PROJECT TO HEART AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN. YOU LISTENED, EXECUTED IT TO PERFECTION. FOR THAT I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL. ROBICHAU’S HAS A TRUE JEWEL IN YOU. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS AND YOU EXEMPLIFY THAT AND MORE. A thank you is not much but I mean it sincerely. The best way I know to show my appreciation is to bring you a new customer. I plan to bring my sister-in-law when I come to pick up my pieces so she can have custom pieces made from mom ‘s jewelry as well. You are truly the best at your craft. My husband has bought me several necklaces, earrings and bracelets over the years. All pieces are unique and durable! They deserve more than 5 stars!!
