George Torres I went on January 14 2024 to repair a chain that kept unhinging on and off. Nervous I would eventually lose it I decided to stop by and repair it. Trisha advised it was a hinge and took it to the back to repair it. She brought it back nice and cleaned and advised there was no charge! I offered to pay but she would not accept anything! I will definitely be back because of their excellent customers service!!! Strongly recommend them!!

The manager called me back very fast and was also very professional and kind as well. The hairdressers there listen and do great work. Thank you ladies! Jim Toner Ive used John Christian Designers to make Family Crest Rings and Pendants for myself and our children. They produced an excellent design, and have been able to use the same mold over many years to make new pieces using the same mold. Sorry the founders re retiring!

I took a silver ring...was bent ,dirty, and didnt fit, a week later i received a call that it was ready, I showed up... Ring was cleaned, reshaped and fit perfectly. And the price was way lower than other locations. I want to thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a great place to handle their jewelry.

Dainer Proenza Nah, go there, theyll steal your gold. I wore a thick ring to make it smaller, it was a thick style filled inside and when I picked it up again, it was empty inside, it weighed almost 4.5 ounces and when I returned it, it didnt even weigh 3 and the ring was all bent.

doorsgirl100 My husband and I have been clients for almost 30 years and we have always loved the watches and Jewelry we have bought there. The personalized service is amazing. However, recently my parents suffered a catastrophic fire and lost everything. We were able to find a few pieces of my mom’s jewelry. They were in terrible condition. I brought them to Luxor and they have been able to refinish them for lack of a better word to pristine condition. I am in awe of the talent it took to do this. I have included a before and after of one of the pieces.
