Love how the charms represent a special time or memory in my life. Makes great birthday, Christmas or Mothers Day gifts! The staff is always polite, helpful, and do a great job polishing my jewelry which is FREE! They have recently remodeled and I love the new look. Its also awesome that James Avery is a Texas based company.

Ive gotten my favorite golden necklace repaired here twice. Once last year and again just this week. Its very dainty and once in a while it gets tugged on just enough for it to snap and I take it here for $20 gold necklace repair. They get it done in 1 day. I finally met the owners the other day when I came in to retrieve my necklace. Miss Cheryl and her husband are so sweet and they even own a lovely cottage that they also rent out to people who want to have a relaxing, nature staycation in Texas.
