Stop the search here and come to the diamond reserve …!!!!When I first got my engagement ring, it had been a complete roller coaster. The Company that my fiancé got my ring from and the people who were there were awful disgraceful, and I will never go to them again... however , I just Recently moved down to Austin and after three months of having my brand new ring, two diamonds already fell out. I was able to find the DIAMOND RESERVE . They took my ring that same day I walked in to inquire about getting it fixed. . I didn’t have to pay anything upfront and in two weeks exactly like they said they got my ring back and it was beautiful, it was cleaned and they did an amazing job, securing all the diamonds and making sure everything was in place before returning it to me. Erin the lady I worked with was pleasant and interactive, and very personable with me, she made me feel secure and positive and safe to leave my ring with them to know that I was getting it back in better condition then I left it. Thank you to Erin and the team that works here. Pictures I have attached to this review just doesn’t not show what I’m saying justice . No picture will amount to the beauty my ring is and all the amazing work the Diamond Reserve did for me.
