Colin Marlborough My Wife and I visited Lufkin to attend our Granddaughters wedding whilst there my wife decided to have her engagement ring remodelled and a repair to an ear ring post that had detached from its bed. Miss Amanda seen to our requirements and advised us what was available and could be used in the remodelling , due to time constraints we had a very short window to have the work completed. Miss Amanda spoke with the Jeweler Mr Simon and he advised us the jewelry would be ready the following day. Revisited the following day, and my Wife was over the moon the ring was outstanding and the ear rings back repaired . Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. MaDonna Halstead I nervously took my boys shopping with me and I’m glad I did. Not only were they treated so kindly they were personally shown military items when they left their interest of such be known. They were even given juices. Just the extra special treatment when most places cringe at the sight of kids, especially two young boys haha The store was clean, smell wonderful, had a huge variety of endless treasures to cover many interests… not just antiques but new items as well. It’s a great one stop gift shop for yourself or someone on your list. The music playing throughout was lovely and not too overpowering. Everything in the store was arranged nicely making it easy to navigate throughout. We will definitely be back!
