Rusty Eldred Kyles Jewelry is the best! I had my grandparents wedding bands and some diamonds from my great-grandmas tennis bracelet that I wanted turned into a ring. My grandpa always wore a white gold nugget ring that I thought was the coolest. His ring became who he was, he never took it off and I wanted something similar. I hesitated for years to get something made because I needed someone I could trust, someone with good character, and someone who understood the value and personal value I was entrusting them with. Ive known the owner for over a decade through going to the same gym. Once I found out that he owns Kyles Jewelry I knew he was the guy to create my ring. Once I shared my idea he and his son worked extensively to come up with something that turned out better than I had imagined. What I got was a handcrafted, manly ring, with history, and made by great people. I couldnt be any happier with the outcome. Ive bought several other pieces from them before and plan to keep coming back anytime I need good jewelry

Three generations of my family have been coming to Troy Vinson Jewelers. My family has have three engagement rings, wedding bands and other jewelry made here. They take their time to make each piece correct and special for each person. My family will only come to Troy Vinson Jewelers.

Julie Robertson Great place!! Some of the nicest people around. They would do anything for anyone. I went into Gold Rush in Longview and was having some life troubles. The people working there and the owners asked if we could all pray right there for me, and so we did. The person that wrote a review saying they are mean people obviously has never been to Gold Rush, because they are far from mean. They were so nice about helping me with my gold and silver jewelry and yes they did all the testing right in front of me. I would highly recommend Gold Rush!!

Elizabeth Ashley Buck MJ was so caring and sweet to me today. I have never had anyone care for my jewelry as much as I do. She inspected my bracelet for the charms to make sure they were placed properly on my bracelet correctly, and found that my clasp was wrong and ordered it to be corrected when my new charm was placed. I have never had this done to my bracelet before. MJ then helped me with an exchange of my anklet, and painstakingly counted each little heart to ensure my charms were replaced perfectly spaced, and perfectly positioned; counting 20 of them between each charm. Then ordered each of them to be placed on my anklet with the correct silver smaller pieces so they look and feel better. The original silver connectors were the large ones intended for the bracelets. In all my years of purchasing jewelry from James Avery, I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service. Correction, never in my life, have I been treated so nice. Turned my day around in an instant. This will be my store now and forever.

Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!

Brian Hiltz Fantastic customer service, a talented jeweler and reasonable pricing. I took a ring that was handed down to me and has been in my family for five generations now, and Raluca helped me to figure out what to do in order to make the ring like new again. The jeweler rebuilt the prongs, resized and rhodium plated the ring for me, and it turned out fantastic. Now I am able to wear the same ring that my great-great grandfather wore many years ago. I am super happy with the service they provided, and highly recommend Classique Jewelers.
