She inspected my bracelet for the charms to make sure they were placed properly on my bracelet correctly, and found that my clasp was wrong and ordered it to be corrected when my new charm was placed. I have never had this done to my bracelet before.
MJ then helped me with an exchange of my anklet, and painstakingly counted each little heart to ensure my charms were replaced perfectly spaced, and perfectly positioned; counting 20 of them between each charm. Then ordered each of them to be placed on my anklet with the correct silver smaller pieces so they look and feel better. The original silver connectors were the large ones intended for the bracelets.
In all my years of purchasing jewelry from James Avery, I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service. Correction, never in my life, have I been treated so nice. Turned my day around in an instant. This will be my store now and forever.
