1 /5 T K: Disappointing experience. From the moment my family and I entered, we were not greeted, and I had to seek assistance on my own. When Zoby eventually helped us, she did so while chewing and loudly popping gum, which felt unprofessional. The only reason I made a purchase was because my children encouraged me to treat myself.
When I returned to pick up the item, I followed Zoby’s instructions and stood in the designated pickup line. Despite seeing me wait for about 10 minutes, she whispered to another associate, who then told everyone in the pickup line there was only one line that day, so we had to move to a long line.
Thanks to MJ who seems to be the only one with a sincere heart and understands how to treat customers. The team needs customer service training—I won’t be returning.
