Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

I needed to exchange a gift I got for my birthday and Sarah spent time learn what I liked and offered so many suggestions and let me try on different things. I needed to stay within a certain budget and she tried a few combinations of things that I liked to see what would work with getting the LPP. I left this Zales so happy and satisfied. Dan S A great JCPenney to shop for whatever you need that JCPenney happens to sell. This location is clean, organized, and has friendly service. I couldnt complain about this store if I tried, nor do I have much more to say about this, so Ill share a story about this store: Once, back in 1991, I was shopping with my dad in this store. We were in the jeans section, and there was a little TV playing a Levis ad, on loop. It was for their large style jeans, and the commercial had a reggae song about "livin large". Fast forward to the modern era, and I am able to find that ad on YouTube. So, what I do is I enter Penneys from the north entrance and cue up the ad on my phone so I can share the joy. I do this every year at least once.
