The repair work needed was fully described to me And all my questions answered. The turnaround time was good, the price was fair, and the service was personalized and knowledgeable. The jeweler rebuilt the prongs, resized and rhodium plated the ring for me, and it turned out fantastic. Now I am able to wear the same ring that my great-great grandfather wore many years ago.
