Totally recommend this place and I will be visiting more and buying more jewelry from here. Thank you so much!!

1 /5 elizabeth prosser: They’ll never answer you back unless you’ve gotten a confirmed appointment by them. It’s pointless to call and pointless to text. I had a good experience initially when I got my piercing. However when I scheduled my follow up two weeks ahead of time I got canceled on the morning of for not confirming the day before through an automated text message. I had seen the text but was busy that day and must not have ended up confirming. All this to say, I was messaged that my appointment was canceled and that she was not available that day. Okay… so why all of a sudden are you not available? I got this message a couple hours before my appointment. And to top it off I asked if it was in their policy that you must confirm in order to keep your appointment and I was never answered back. I looked it up and rescheduled and it was not listed anywhere. Only that you had to cancel three hrs prior to not be charged a fee. Nothing about confirming or you’ll lose your appointment. Super frustrating and disappointing. I was never answered and I asked in the evening after waiting all day if my new appointment was going to be confirmed and never answered. So incredibly unprofessional. They’ve lost my business for good. I’ll go where people actually answer their phones and act like a real human being running a business. If I could give no stars I would.
