Rusty Eldred Kyles Jewelry is the best! I had my grandparents wedding bands and some diamonds from my great-grandmas tennis bracelet that I wanted turned into a ring. My grandpa always wore a white gold nugget ring that I thought was the coolest. His ring became who he was, he never took it off and I wanted something similar. I hesitated for years to get something made because I needed someone I could trust, someone with good character, and someone who understood the value and personal value I was entrusting them with. Ive known the owner for over a decade through going to the same gym. Once I found out that he owns Kyles Jewelry I knew he was the guy to create my ring. Once I shared my idea he and his son worked extensively to come up with something that turned out better than I had imagined. What I got was a handcrafted, manly ring, with history, and made by great people. I couldnt be any happier with the outcome. Ive bought several other pieces from them before and plan to keep coming back anytime I need good jewelry

Tina Schwettmann Im digging the new location on RR 12. Carolyn is just an awesome human. She was working on some beading when I arrived to do my usual record shopping. We chatted a while, and she helped me find some great LPs. I also found some gems in the bargain bin including Lena Horne, Edith Piaf and a musical tribute to Poe by Alan Parsons Project. I also found a John Prine, Laura Nyro, as well as a new pressing of Miles and Coltrane. Shes very knowledgeable regarding music, and prices her records fairly. Its rare that I spend less than an hour...theres just so much music. The listening station is a huge plus when you want to get a feel for a record or artist. Ill continue to return, as Fourth Rock is one of my favorites record stores. Period.

Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.
